image1[2]LBM clients Sir Anthony McCoy and Luke Harvey  joined forces with Great British Racing to create a simple jockey workout in support of Sport Relief.

The charity has challenged the nation to reach a billion steps a day during the week 17-23 March and the 5 minute exercise video featuring ITV presenters AP and Luke on the Sport Relief app hopes to encourage others to get involved and make a contribution to the steps target.

Both will undertake Q&A sessions with host Mark Durden-Smith, run through the race card and provide their expert opinions to private guests of The Green Room.

Chanelle, who co-founded Ireland’s largest pharmaceutical company, spoke about growing a business, developing relationships globally, her support of women within the business world as well as advising on how to maintain a healthy career / family balance.

Chanelle is also a Dragon on RTE’s TV programme “Dragon’s Den” and co-owns a successful fashion boutique.


ijf royal visit03[3]The Princess Royal, who is patron of the Injured Jockeys Fund, joined Sir Anthony McCoy at the re-opening of the fitness and rehabilitation centre in Lambourn. The centre now has a gym three times the size of the previous facility.

The princess was also shown Oaksey House’s new hydrotherapy pool, which is named after AP McCoy. The pool boasts an impressive underwater treadmill, massage hoses and performance monitoring technology.

london premiereDragons’ Den star Chanelle, Lady McCoy joined Horse Racing Ireland at the RHA Gallery in Dublin as an onstage interviewee.

The event, “Racing to the Top” featured panellists, such as Chanelle, to speak of their experiences and the excitement of Racehorse Ownership ahead of the inaugural Dublin Racing Festival.
